8 Ways To Improve Your Smile In 8 Weeks

A healthy dental diet includes plenty of dairy, fruits, vegatables and calcium-rich foods to help maintain strong bones and teeth, The vitamin C in citrus fruits boosts gum health. Sugary snacks, gummy candies and candies that stick in your teeth, are on every dentist's list of foods to avoid. Sweet soda drinks provides a double whammy to teeth, combining sugar with acids. Even food and drinks that are good for your teeth, like milk, contain sugars. No matter what you eat, it's important to brush and floss afterward — or at the very least rinse your mouth with water.
